采用超声波技术对粘土进行精制和有机改性,探讨超声波功率和处理时间对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)/粘土纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,超声波技术是粘土剥片和解团聚的有效方法,在超声波输出功率为750 W、处理时间为30 min、粘土用量为2.5份条件下,制得的复合材料拉伸强度明显提高,有机粘土在SBS基体中达到纳米级分散。 |

The clay was refined and organically modified with the ultrasonic technology;and the effect of the ultrasonic power and treatment time on the properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS)/clay nano-composite was investigated.The results showed that the ultrasonic was effective for clay peeling and deagglomeration;and the organic clay was dispersed in nano size in SBS matrix and the tensile strength of the composite improved significantly by using 750 W output power of ultrasonic,30 min treatment time and 2.5 phr clay. |
