| An immune fuzzy PID control system of autoclave group has been developed based on Profibus.The system is composed of computers and PLC，which are connected to each other through Profibus，and features easy maintenance，and simple and visual graphic operation window.It is found in the practical service that the quality of finished tire，the automation level and the control precision of technical parameters in vulcanization are significantly improved，and the curing period is reduced by 6%～12% by using the immune fuzzy PID control system.The continuous production can be realized because the redundancy control is applied in the system. |
