| 研究炭黑填充型非硫黄调节型粉末CR[简称P(CR/N330)]中炭黑N330的分散性。结果表明,使用包覆剂和增大分散剂的用量可有效提高炭黑N330在P(CR/N330)中的分散性,减轻或消除P(CR/N330)的接触污染性;有接触污染性的P(CR/N330)粒子表面和内部存在游离的炭黑团粒,无接触污染性的P(CR/N330)粒子表面和内部均较为光滑,无游离的炭黑团粒存在。 |

| The dispersity of black N330 in non-sulfur modified powdered CR/N330[P(CR/N330)]was investigated.The results showed that the dispersity of black N330 in P(CR/N330) improved significantly by using the encapsulant and increasing the addition level of dispersing agent,thus the contact staining of P(CR/N330) was reduced or eliminated;and the contact staining of P(CR/N330) resulted from the free carbon black crumbs in the P(CR/N330) granules,especially on the surfaces of granules. |
