      探讨促进剂NA-22硫化体系和三嗪硫醇(包括硫化剂AF和TCY)硫化体系对二元共聚氯醚橡胶(CHC)性能的影响。结果表明,促进剂NA-22/二盐基亚磷酸铅硫化体系的硫化胶性能较好,但促进剂NA-22有致癌作用,二盐基亚磷酸铅有毒且污染模具;三嗪硫醇/氧化镁/促进剂DM或防焦剂CTP硫化体系的硫化胶性能稍差,但制品生产和应用环保性较好。硫化剂AF和TCY是CHC较理想的环保型硫化剂。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the accelerator NA-22 curing system and triazine-mercaptan(including curatives AF and TCY) curing system on the properties of epichlorohydrin binary copolymer(CHC) were investigated.The results showed that the accelerator NA-22/dibasic lead phosphite curing system gave the vulcanizate better physical properties,but NA-22 was cancerogenic and dibasic lead phosphite was toxic and pollutant to mold;triazine-mercaptan/magnesium oxide/accelerator DM or scorch retardant CTP curing system was environment-friendly,although it gave the vulcanizate somewhat poorer properties;and the curatives AF and TCY were ideal environment-friendly curatives for CHC.
