探讨炭黑N330表面固相接枝顺丁烯二酸二丁酯(DBM)的反应条件对DBM接枝率的影响及炭黑接枝DBM对NR硫化胶物理性能的影响。红外光谱分析证明,炭黑N330表面接枝上了DBM。接枝反应的优化条件为:DBM/炭黑N330质量比 1∶1,过氧化苯甲酰/炭黑N330质量比0.04∶1,反应温度 90~95 ℃,反应时间 1 h。炭黑N330接枝DBM可提高NR硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率。 |

The influences of the reaction conditions on the grafting rate of dibutyl maleate(DBM) to black N330 and the grafted black N330 on the physical properties of NR vulcanizate were investigated.It was confirmed by infra-red spectrascopy that DBM was grafted to the black N330.The optimized conditions for grafting reaction were as follows:the mass ratio of DBM/black N330 1∶1,mass ratio of bezoyl peroxide/black N330 0.04∶1,reaction temperature 90~95 ℃,reaction time 1 h.The modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break of NR vulcanizate increased by grafting DBM to black N330. |
