      研究IIR/树脂硫化剂共混体系的动态力学性能。差示扫描量热法和动态力学分析测试结果均表明IIR和树脂硫化剂相容性较好。动态力学性能试验结果表明,随着树脂硫化剂用量的增大,IIR/树脂硫化剂共混体系的DMA曲线向高温区域移动,调整树脂硫化剂的用量可以改变共混体系的阻尼转变温域;共混体系的损耗因子极大值随树脂硫化剂用量的增大先减小后增大,达到一极大值后又迅速减小。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/resin curative blend system were investigated.It was found by DSC and DMA that IIR was quite compatible to resin curative.The test results of dynamic mechanical properties showed that the DMA curve of IIR/resin curative blend system shifted to the region of high temperature as the level of resin curative increased,and the temperature region for damping change of blend system could be changed by adjusting the level of resin curative;and the maximum tanδ of blend system decreased at first,increased to a peak later,and then decreased rapidly as the level of resin curative increased.
