      采用均匀设计方法对溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)/NR/BR三元共混胎面胶配方进行了预测和优选,并用三角坐标图表征了生胶并用比与硫化胶物理性能,尤其是生热性能的关系。研究结果表明, 当S-SBR/NR/BR 并用比为60/10/30或60/20/20时,胎面胶的物理性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The tread formula of S-SBR/NR/BR blend was predicted and optimized.The influence of the blending ratio on the physical properties of vulcanizate,particularly its heat build-up,was showed by triangle graph.The results showed that the better physical properties of tread was obtained when the blending ratio of S-SBR/NR/BR was 60/10/30 or 60/20/20.
