      在实验数据的基础上,利用人工神经网络建立了表示NR胶料配方成分与硫化胶物理性能对应关系的数学模型,并用该数学模型对不同配方硫化胶的物理性能进行了预测,预测结果与实验数值相符。利用这种方法还可定量分析相同硫化胶物理性能条件下各配方成分间的相互作用。
英文摘要:
      Based on experimental data,a mathematical model for the relationship between the phy sical properties of vulcanizate and the composition of rubber compound was built with artif icial neural networks.The model was used to predict the properties of vulcanizates with different formulations,and the results of prediction showed no difference from the experimental data.The model could also be used to quantatively analyse the interaction among the formula components of the different vulcanizates with the same phy sical properties.
