研究了自制的新型加工助剂DF对聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)加工性能和物理性能的影响,并与常规加工助剂硬脂酸和进口加工助剂WB进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,加工助剂DF用量为1份即可有效地改善ACM胶料的加工性能,如防止混炼胶粘辊、降低门尼粘度和混炼功耗,同时ACM硫化胶仍可保持良好的力学性能、耐热空气和耐热油老化性能以及压缩永久变形性能。透射电镜分析结果表明,加工助剂DF可以改善炭黑在ACM胶料中的分散性。动态粘弹谱分析结果表明,加入1份加工助剂DF的ACM硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度比无加工助剂的硫化胶降低7.2 ℃,可有效地提高ACM硫化胶的耐寒性。 |

The influence of processing aid DF on the processibility and physical properties of ACM compound was investigated,and a comparison test was made on processing aid DF,normal processing aid——stearic acid,and imported processing aid WB.The results showed that the processibility of ACM compound was significantly improved by adding 1 phr of DF (e.g.unsticking to mill roll;lower Mooney viscosity and energy consumption),while the better mechanical properties,hot air and hot oil aging properties,and compression set of ACM vulcanizate were affected little.It was found from the analysis on TEM that the dispersion of carbon black in ACM compound was improved by adding DF.And it was indicated through the analysis of dynamic visco-elastic spectrum that Tg of ACM vulcanizate with 1 phr of DF was 7.2 ℃ lower than that of ACM vulcanizate without DF,thus the cold resistance of ACM vulcanizate was effectively improved. |
