| 应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对工程机械轮胎后充气装置机架(以下简称机架)进行轻量化研究。结果表明:在满载工况下,机架的结构强度和刚度存在较大盈余;通过试验验证机架有限元模型准确;形状优化和尺寸优化后,在满足强度和刚度的前提下机架总体质量减小了30.57%;根据形状优化和尺寸优化结果对机架结构进行改进,机架应力分布得到改善。该轻量化设计及结构改进方法对相关机械设备的结构优化具有一定的参考价值。 |

| In this study, the lightweight research on the rear inflation device frame of the off-the-road
tire(here in after referred to as theframe) was carried out using the finite element analysis software ANSYS
Workbench. The results showed that there was a large surplus in the structural strength and stiffness of the
frame under full load conditions. The accuracy of the finite element model of the frame was verified by
experiments,and then the shape and size of the frame were optimized based on the finite element model. As
a result,the overall weight of the frame was reduced by 30. 57% on the premise of meeting the requirements
of strength and stiffness. In addition,the stress distribution of the frame was improved by the frame structure
improvement. The lightweight design and structure improvement methods had certain reference value for the
structure optimization of related mechanical equipment. |
