| 研究矿山全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎用新型传感器专用胶套配方。结果表明:优化甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)胶料配方以MVQ为主体材料、气相法白炭黑为填料、羟基硅油为加工助剂(以有效改善白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性),其传感器胶套的成品率达到90%以上;与天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶胶套相比,MVQ胶套的耐老化性能更优,装配更容易,运行2年没有明显损坏,使用寿命明显更长,道路试验中传感器信号稳定。 |

| The formula study of new sensor specific rubber sleeves for all-steel giant off-the-road radial tires used in mines was carried out.The results showed that the optimized methyl vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ) compound formula used MVQ as the matrix,fumed silica as the filler and hydroxyl silicone oil as the processing aid(effectively improving the dispersibility of silica in the rubber matrix),the finished pruduct rate of its sensor rubber sleeve reached over 90%.Compared with nature rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber blend sleeve,MVQ sleeve had better aging resistance easier assembly,no significant damage after 2 years of operation,significantly longer service life,and stable sensor signals during road test. |
