以粉碎的杜仲籽壳为原料,通过单因子试验和正交试验研究杜仲籽壳过氧化氢(H2O2)预处理对杜仲橡胶(EUG)提取率的影响。结果表明:杜仲籽壳最佳H2O2预处理条件为H2O2质量分数 0.02,pH值 7,浸泡温度 80 ℃,浸泡时间 2 h,料液比[杜仲籽壳质量(g)与溶剂(乙醇)体积(mL)比] 1:14,在此条件下EUG提取率为29.79%,比杜仲籽壳未预处理提高17.43%;杜仲籽壳H2O2预处理对EUG分子链结构和化学组成无影响;杜仲籽壳H2O2预处理得到的EUG纯净、无其他大分子杂质,中性条件下的相对分子质量较大。 |

Using crushed eucommia seed shell as raw materials,the effect of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) pretreatment of eucommia seed shell on the extraction rate of eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG) was studied through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that,the best H2O2 pretreatment conditions of eucommia seed shell were as follows:H2O2 mass fraction 0.02,pH value 7,soaking temperature 80 ℃,soaking time 2 h,material-to-liquid ratio[mass of eucommia seed shell(g) to volume of solvent ethanol(mL)] 1∶14.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of EUG reached 29.79%,which was 17.43% higher than that without pretreatment of eucommia seed shell.Moreover,H2O2 pretreatment of eucommia seed shell had no effect on the molecular chain structure and chemical composition of EUG.The EUG obtained by H2O2 pretreatment of eucommia seed shell was pure and free of other macromolecular impurities,and had a relatively large molecular weight under neutral conditions. |
