采用两种国产低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(BR)(复配)替代进口高顺式BR,制备牌号为HIE-1的高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)。研究结果表明:低顺式BR 50AF和BR P30AF的复配用量比以30/28为宜;当橡胶相粒径为3.5 μm、HIPS的重均相对分子质量为2.65×105~2.70×105时,低顺式BR对HIPS的增韧效果最好;两种低顺式BR(复配)替代价格昂贵的进口高顺式BR制备的HIPS产品抗冲击性能优异,生产成本明显降低;通过技术改造,解决了HIPS生产过程中的问题,实现了HIPS的工业化生产。 |

Two kinds of domestic low cis polybutadiene rubber(BR) were used to replace imported high cis BR to prepare high impact polystyrene(HIPS) HIE-1.The results showed that the optimum dosage ratio of low cis BR 50AF and BR P30AF was 30/28.When the particle size of rubber phase was 3.5 μm and the weight average molecular weight of HIPS was 2.65×105 ~ 2.70×105,the toughening effect of low cis BR on HIPS was the best.The HIPS products had excellent impact resistance and reduced cost compared with the one with imported expensive high cis BR. With key technical transformation, the process problems were solved and mass production of HIPS was achieved. |
