      用生物基衣康酸酯胶乳改性丁腈胶乳制备抗菌丁腈胶乳手套并研究其性能。采用低温氧化还原乳液聚合法并结合分步补加单体工艺制备高活性生物基衣康酸酯胶乳,将衣康酸酯胶乳与丁腈胶乳按固体质量比2/3共混,添加占胶乳固体质量分数0.8%纳米银离子/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(质量比为2/1)复配抗菌剂,制备的改性丁腈胶乳手套的拉伸强度为28.6 MPa,拉断伸长率为515%,强度性能满足国家标准要求,且生物基含量为26%,抗菌性能和抗过敏性能良好,解决了传统丁腈胶乳手套依赖石化资源和长效抗菌性能不足的问题。
英文摘要:
      The antibacterial nitrile latex gloves were prepared by nitrile latex modified with bio-based itaconate latex and their properties were studied.A low-temperature redox emulsion polymerization method combined with a stepwise monomer addition process was employed to produce highly active bio-based itaconate latex,the itaconate latex and nitrile latex were blended in a solid mass ratio of 2/3,and an antibacterial agent consisting of nano-silver ions/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(mass ratio of 2/1) at 0.8% of the latex solid mass fraction was added.The modified nitrile latex gloves exhibited a tensile strength of 28.6 MPa and an elongation at break of 515%,meeting the national standard requirements for strength performance.The bio-based content of the modified nitrile latex gloves reached 26%,while the antibacterial and anti-allergic properties were excellent,addressing the issues of traditional nitrile latex gloves’ reliance on petrochemical resources and insufficient long-lasting antibacterial performance.
