| 研究国产丁基橡胶（IIR）ZJ-09的性能及其在硫化胶囊中的应用。结果表明：与进口IIR竞品相比，IIR ZJ-09的门尼粘度、挥发分含量、硬脂酸钙含量和不饱和度基本一致，但重均相对分子质量更大，相对分子质量分布更宽；IIR ZJ-09硫化胶囊胶料的门尼粘度更低，在高剪切应力下的粘度和生热更低，加工性能更好，同时耐疲劳性能更优；采用IIR ZJ-09制备的硫化胶囊的耐热氧老化性能和耐疲劳性能更优异，使用寿命大幅延长。 |

| The properties of domestic butyl rubber（IIR） ZJ-09 and its application in vulcanization capsule was studied.The results showed that compared with imported IIR competitor，the Mooney viscosity，volatile matter content，calcium stearate content and unsaturation of IIR ZJ-09 were basically the same，but the weight average relative molecular weight was larger and the relative molecular weight distribution was wider.IIR ZJ-09 vulcanization capsule compound had lower Mooney viscosity，inferior viscosity and heat build-up under high shear stress，better processing performance，and at the same time had preferable fatigue resistance.The vulcanization capsule prepared using IIR ZJ-09 exhibited superior heat and oxygen aging resistance as well as fatigue resistance，while the service life significantly extended. |
