      概述金属-有机框架材料(MOFs)在橡胶材料中的创新应用进展。重点介绍MOFs在不同橡胶材料中的应用实例,包括补强橡胶材料、调控橡胶材料的硫化过程、提升橡胶材料的阻燃性能和耐热氧老化性能;归纳MOFs与橡胶基体的界面相互作用机制以及MOFs对橡胶材料的硫化反应动力学的影响机制;分析当前将MOFs应用于橡胶材料所面临的挑战,需尽快解决MOFs的稳定性、分散性、制造成本以及制备与应用问题;展望未来MOFs的发展方向。本工作期望为高性能橡胶材料的设计和绿色发展提供理论指导,为MOFs在橡胶工业中的实际应用提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The progress of the innovative applications of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) in the rubber materials was overiewed.The application examples of MOFs in the rubber materials were highlighted,included reinforcing rubber materials,regulating vulcanization processes of the rubber materials,enhancing flame retardancy and thermal-oxidative aging resistance of the rubber materials.The mechanisms of interface interactions between MOFs and rubber matrices were summarized,along with the influence of MOFs on the vulcanization reactions kinetics of the rubber materials.The challenges in introducing MOFs into the rubber materials were analyzed,and the issues such as the stability,dispersibility,production cost,preparaiton and application of MOFs should be addressed as soon as possible.Future development of directions of MOFs were discussed.The article aims to provide theoretical guidance for design and green development of high-performance rubber materials,and offers insight for the practical application of MOFs in the rubber industry.
