      研究轨道交通领域常用金属-橡胶制品的结构特性,探讨其网格划分技术,以有效避免橡胶部分的网格畸变,确保计算收敛性。以某型横向止挡为例,运用回形网格布局技术进行仿真分析,得到横向止挡的载荷-变形曲线,通过仿真曲线与试验曲线对比得出优化网格划分技术能够有效提升仿真精度。优化网格划分技术的运用不仅可突破大变形分析的技术瓶颈,更可显著提升金属-橡胶制品的设计开发效率,为其工程应用提供具有实用价值的分析方法。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the structural characteristics of metal-rubber products commonly used in the field of rail transit were studied,and their mesh generation technologies were discussed,so as to effectively avoid the mesh distortion of rubber part and ensure the convergence of calculation.Taking a certain type of lateral stopper as an example,the load-deformation curve of the lateral stopper was obtained by using the back mesh layout technology for simulation analysis.By comparing the simulation curve with the test curve,it was concluded that the optimized mesh generation technology could effectively improve the simulation accuracy.The application of optimized mesh generation technology could not only break through the technical bottleneck of large deformation analysis,but also significantly improve the design and development efficiencies of metal-rubber products,providing a practical analysis method for their engineering application.
