      基于AMESim研究轨道车辆用液体橡胶复合节点的动态性能。通过获取液体橡胶复合节点的橡胶主簧参数和液压腔体积刚度、阻尼流道参数、液体物性参数等,计算不同频率下橡胶主簧动刚度,并分析动刚度仿真值与试验值误差成因;针对橡胶材料粘弹性形成的动刚度幅频特性,优化橡胶主簧动刚度,使橡胶主簧动刚度仿真误差减小至10%以内,稳定仿真误差在6%以内;经多变量非线性拟合反演,可获得新结构橡胶主簧动刚度幅频数据,且仿真精度较高。该方法可为液体橡胶复合节点的设计开发提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic performance of liquid rubber composite joints for rail vehicles based on AMESim was studied.By obtaining the rubber main spring parameters and the volume stiffness,damping channel parameters and fluid property parameters of the hydraulic chamber,the dynamic stiffnesses of the rubber main spring of the liquid rubber composite joint at different frequencies were calculated,and the causes of the errors between the dynamic stiffness simulated values and experimental values were analyzed.For the dynamic stiffness amplitude-frequency characteristics of rubber materials formed by viscoelasticities,the dynamic stiffnesses of the rubber main spring were optimized,reducing the simulation errors of the dynamic stiffness to within 10% and stabilizing simulation error to within 6%.Through multivariate nonlinear fitting inversion,the amplitude-frequency data of the new structural rubber main spring could be obtained,and the simulation accuracy was relatively high.This method provided reference for the design and development of liquid rubber composite joints.
