      研究氟橡胶(FKM)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料的耐热氧老化性能,并对其储存寿命和使用寿命进行建模预测。研究得出:FKM和NBR胶料的热氧老化规律类似,压缩永久变形(CS)随老化时间的延长而增大,随老化温度的升高而增大;与FKM胶料相比,NBR胶料在较高的温度下更易老化;储存过程中CS达到10%时,在25~30 ℃之间FKM和NBR制品的储存临界时间分别约为4.55和2.55 a;FKM和NBR制品在储存期分别为5和2 a时的临界储存温度分别为24.07和31.71 ℃;FKM和NBR制品在25 ℃空气氛围中使用至CS达到25%所需时间分别为38.66和27.06 a,在使用20 000 h的前提下CS达到50%的临界最高使用温度分别为82.58和55.74 ℃。

      The thermal oxidative aging behavior of fluororubber(FKM) and nitrile rubber(NBR) compounds was studied,and the storage and service life were modeled and predictd.The results indicated that the thermal oxidative aging patterns of FKM and NBR compounds were similar,the compression set(CS)of both compounds increased with extended aging time and increased aging temperatures.Compared to FKM compound,the NBR compound was more susceptible to aging at higher temperatures.When the CS reached 10%,the storage critical time for FKM and NBR products at temperatures between 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ was approximately 4.55 and 2.55 a,respectively.For a designated storage life of 5 a for FKM product and 2 a for NBR product,the corresponding critical storage temperatures were 24.07 and 31.71 ℃,respectively.In terms of service life,under a 25 ℃ air atmosphere,the time required for the CS to reach 25% was 38.66 a for FKM product and 27.06 a for NBR product.Furthermore,under the premise of a 20 000 h service life,the critical maximum service temperatures for the CS to reach 50% were 82.58 ℃ for FKM product and 55.74 ℃ for NBR product.
