      设计径向辐条厚度梯度变化的蜂窝结构非充气轮胎,研究辐条厚度梯度变化对蜂窝结构非充气轮胎的径向刚度、横向刚度、纵向刚度和扭转刚度的影响。结果表明:通过回归模型和多目标遗传算法优化辐条厚度,蜂窝结构非充气轮胎的力学性能更接近充气轮胎;在不改变轮辐质量的条件下,与具有均匀辐条厚度的蜂窝结构非充气轮胎相比,辐条厚度梯度变化的蜂窝结构非充气轮胎的刚度显著降低,轮胎滚动时的稳定性提高。
英文摘要:
      Considering radial spoke thickness gradient variation,a non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was designed,and the influence of spoke thickness gradient variation on the radial stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and torsional stiffness of the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was studied.The results indicated that by optimizing the spoke thickness through regression model and multi-objective genetic algorithm,the mechanical performance of the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure was closer to that of pneumatic tire.Without changing the quality of the wheel spokes,compared with the non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure and uniform spoke thickness,optimized non-pneumatic tire with honeycomb structure and spoke thickness gradient variation had significantly reduced stiffness and improved stability during rolling.
