      研究轨道车辆用橡胶液体复合弹簧(简称复合弹簧)动态性能。复合弹簧动态性能的理论计算主要采用集总参数模型,模型关键参数为橡胶主簧参数、液体腔室体积刚度、惯性通道参数和初始状态参数,其由橡胶主簧结构、惯性通道结构和载荷等决定,反映橡胶主簧结构、液体阻尼和载荷等对复合弹簧动态性能的综合影响。与试验值对比,采用仿真计算方法获取的复合弹簧动刚度峰值误差为10.6%,损耗角峰值误差为3.6%,表明仿真计算精度较高。复合弹簧关键参数对动态性能的影响主要体现在复合弹簧动刚度峰值、损耗角峰值及其对应的频率上。本研究可为复合弹簧设计和应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      he dynamic performance of the rubber-liquid composite spring for rail vehicles(referred to as composite spring) was studied.The theoretical calculation of the dynamic performance of the composite spring mainly adopted a lumped parameter model,and the key parameters of the model were the rubber main spring parameter,the liquid chamber volume stiffness,the inertia channel parameter and initial state parameter,which were determined by the rubber main spring structure,inertia channel structure and load etc,reflecting the comprehensive influence of rubber main spring structure,liquid damping and load on the dynamic performance of the composite spring.Compared with the experimental values,the error of the peak dynamic stiffness of the composite spring using the simulation calculation method was 10.6%,and the error of the peak loss angle was 3.6%,indicating high simulation calculation accuracy.The influence of key parameters of the composite spring on the dynamic performance was mainly reflected in the peak dynamic stiffness and peak loss angle and their corresponding frequencies.This study could provide reference for the design and application of composite springs.
