| 研究不同结构炭黑对商用车减振制品用天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑的结构度增大,NR胶料的 t10和 t90缩短,交联密度、硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、储能模量和弹性模量增大,拉断伸长率和损耗因子减小,玻璃化转变温度向低温方向偏移,减振制品的静刚度和动静刚度比增大;低结构炭黑填充NR胶料的Payne效应较弱,压缩疲劳温升较低,但压缩永久变形较大。 |

| The influence of different structural carbon black on the properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds for commercial vehicle damping products was studied.The results showed that as the structural degree of carbon black increased,the t10 and t90 of NR compound were shortened,the crosslink density,hardness,tensile stress at 100% elongation,tensile strength,tear strength,storage modulus and elastic modulus increased,the elongation at break and loss factor decreased,the glass transition temperature shifted towards lower temperatures,and the static stiffness and dynamic/static stiffness ratio of the damping product increased.The Payne effect of NR compound filled with low structural carbon black was weaker,the temperature rise in compression fatigue test was lower,but compression set was higher. |
