| 以甘蔗渣为原料制备微晶纤维素(MCC),以MCC为基体、以2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC)为阳离子活性剂,将季铵盐基团接枝到MCC表面制得季铵化微晶纤维素(QMCC),研究QMCC的抗菌性能及其在天然胶乳中的应用效果。结果表明:随着MCC季铵化GTMAC用量的增大,QMCC的抗菌性能先提高后趋于稳定;QMCC的最小抑菌浓度为2.56 g·L-1;QMCC对天然胶乳的抗菌保鲜效果显著,有望代替氨类物质成为新的天然胶乳抗菌保存剂。 |

| Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) was prepared from sugarcane bagasse as raw material.MCC was used as the matrix and 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride(GTMAC) was used as the cationic active agent,quaternary ammonium salt groups were grafted onto the surface of MCC to prepare quaternized microcrystalline cellulose(QMCC),and the antibacterial properties of QMCC and its application effect in natural latex were studied.The results showed that with the increase of GTMAC dosage in quaternization,the antibacterial property of QMCC increased at first and then tended to stabilize.The minimum inhibitory concentration of QMCC was 2.56 g·L-1.QMCC had a significant antibacterial and preservative effect on natural latex,and QMCC was expected to replace ammonia substances as a new antibacterial preservative for natural latex. |
