| 研究国产易加工型稀土（钕系）顺丁橡胶（NdBR）TF45E的性能，并与国产普通NdBR9104和国外易加工型NdBR CB25进行对比。结果表明：NdBR TF45E与NdBR9104具有相似的相对分子质量及其分布，但门尼应力松驰时间较长；NdBR TF45E混炼胶的加工性能优于NdBR9104混炼胶，与NdBR CB25混炼胶相当，NdBR TF45E硫化胶的耐磨性能和耐屈挠性能优异；NdBR TF45E可以替代NdBR CB25用于轮胎胎面胶和胎侧胶中。 |

| The properties of domestic easily processable rare earth（neodymium） cis-polybutadiene rubber（NdBR） TF45E were studied and compared with domestic ordinary NdBR9104 and foreign easily processable NdBR CB25.The results showed that compared with NdBR9104，NdBR TF45E had similar molecular weight and its distribution，but had a longer Mooney stress relaxation time.The processability of NdBR TF45E compound was better than NdBR9104 compound，comparable to NdBR CB25 compound，and the wear resistance and flexibility resistance of NdBR TF45E vulcanizate was excellent.NdBR TF45E could replaced NdBR CB25 in tire tread and siedwall compounds. |
