| 研究三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）汽车密封条配方因素对可膨胀微球DU178发泡效果的影响。结果表明：EPDM汽车密封条配方中白炭黑用量和石蜡油用量对可膨胀微球DU178发泡效果的影响程度较大且相当，其次为炭黑N550用量，EPDM牌号的影响最小；EPDM牌号对EPDM胶料中可膨胀微球DU178发泡效果的影响不显著，不同牌号EPDM胶料的密度变化率偏差仅约为±2%；白炭黑用量为10份、石蜡油用量为20份时，可膨胀微球DU178的发泡效果最好；炭黑N550用量越大，DU178可膨胀微球的发泡效果越差。 |

| The influence of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber（EPDM） automotive sealing strip formula factors on the foaming effect of expandable microspheres DU178 was studied.The results showed that in the EPDM automotive sealing strip formulation，the silica amount and the paraffin oil amount had the greater and comparable impact on the foaming effect of expandable microspheres DU178 ，followed by the carbon black N550 amount，with the EPDM grade having the least impact.The influence of the EPDM grade on the foaming effect of expandable microspheres DU178 in EPDM compound was not significant，and the deviation of the density change rate of different grade EPDM compound was ±2%.When the silica amount was 10 phr and the paraffin oil amount was 20 phr，the foaming effect of expandable microspheres DU178 was the best.The larger the carbon black N550 amount was，the poorer the foaming effect of DU178 expandable microspheres was. |
