| 研究抗硫化返原剂HVA-2在缺气保用轮胎支撑胶中的应用。结果表明：与生产配方胶料相比，加入抗硫化返原剂HVA-2后，胶料的交联密度增大，硫化速率提高，硫化胶的刚性提升，拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有下降，在可接受范围内，E′提高，tanδ基本不变，抗硫化返原剂HVA-2用量为1份且硫黄用量不变时，2#配方胶料的综合性能最优；与生产配方轮胎相比，2#配方轮胎在零气压下的耐久和高速性能均有所提升。 |

| The application of anti-reversion agent HVA-2 in support rubber of run-flat tires was studied.The results showed that compared with the production formula rubber，the addition of the anti sulfurization returning agent HVA-2 increased the cross-linking density of the rubber，increased the vulcanization rate，improved the rigidity of the vulcanized rubber and slightly decreased the tensile strength and elongation at break.Within an acceptable range，E"" increased while tanδ remained basically unchanged.When the amount of anti sulfurization returning agent HVA-2 was 1 phr and the amount of sulfur remained unchanged，the comprehensive performance of the 2# formula rubber was optimal.Compared with the production of formula tires，the durability and high-speed performance of 2# formula tires had been improved at zero air pressure. |
