| 研究新型海洋生物基补强材料LH-1在输送带贴胶中的应用。结果表明:海洋生物基补强材料LH-1在输送带贴胶中可以部分替代白炭黑和炭黑;与生产配方相比,用海洋生物基补强材料LH-1替代输送带贴胶中2/3的白炭黑和2/3的炭黑,贴胶与浸胶帆布的粘合强度提高35.6%,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能均在可接受范围内,且工艺性能良好。海洋生物基补强材料LH-1来自海洋生物,来源丰富,为替代炭黑和白炭黑的第三代补强材料提供了思路。 |

| The application of novel marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 in adhesive compound of conveyor belt was studied.The results showed the marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 could partially replace silica and carbon black in conveyor belt adhesive compound.Compared with the production formula,the adhesive compound of conveyor belt using marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 to replace 2/3 of silica and 2/3 of carbon black could increase the adhesion strength between adhesive compound and impregnated canvas by 35.6%.The vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound were within an acceptable range,and the processability is good.The marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 comes from marine organisms with abundant sources,providing ideas for the third-generation reinforcement materials to replace carbon black and silica. |
