      通过有限元法对包布V带张紧运动的应力-应变状态进行模拟,分析V带力学性能和工艺结构参数。结果表明:V带线绳应力最大,橡胶材料(顶胶和底胶)应力最小,V带截面最大应变在V带内层靠外侧;摩擦因数和带轮间(主动轮与从动轮间)中心距对V带使用性能的影响规律明显,主动轮直径对于V带应力和应变的影响规律不明显。
英文摘要:
      The stress-strain state of wrapped V-belt during the tensioning motion was simulated by the finite element method,and the mechanical properties and process structure parameters of V-belt were investigated.The results showed that the largest stress occurred in the rope of V-belt,the smallest stress occurred in the rubber materials(surface compound and base compound),and the maximum strain in the cross-section of the V-belt occurred in the inner layer near the outer side.The effect of the friction coefficient and center distance between wheels (driving wheel and driven wheel) on the of performance V-belt followed a obvious rule,whereas the effect of the driving wheel diameter on the stress and strain of the V-belt did not exhibit a clear rute.
