对铅芯橡胶支座(以下简称支座)目标力学性能的可行性进行有限元分析。针对Y4Q470×180型支座,在不改变铅芯屈服强度的前提下,为提高支座屈服力而屈服后刚度基本保持不变或变化较小,采用Abaqus软件分析橡胶材料剪切模量、铅芯直径及铅芯根数对支座屈服力和屈服后刚度的影响,得到达到支座目标力学性能的参数组合。对几种型号支座力学性能进行试验验证,测试结果与计算结果偏差在允许范围内。 |

The feasibility of the target mechanical properties of the lead rubber bearings(hereinafter referred to as bearings) was analyzed by finite element method.Regarding the Y4Q470×180 type bearing,without changing the yield strength of the lead core,in order to improve the yield strength of the bearing and maintain the post-yield stiffness remained basically unchanged or changed little,the influence of the rubber material shear modulus,lead core diameter and lead core number on the yield strength and post-yield stiffness of the bearing was analyzed by Abaqus software,and the parameter combination to achieve the target mechanical properties of the bearing was obtained.Experimental verification was conducted on the mechanical properties of several types of the bearings,and the deviations between the test results and the calculation results were within the allowable range. |
