      综述防静电丁腈胶乳手套3种制备方法的研究进展。防静电涂层法是较为简便的丁腈胶乳手套的制备方法,通过添加防静电涂层或其他类型涂层可提高丁腈胶乳手套的抗静电性能和其他功能性,但需考虑不同涂层间的附着力和兼容性,避免涂层脱落。乳液混合法是最常用的防静电丁腈胶乳手套的制备方法,在丁腈胶乳配合过程中加入导电填料、抗静电剂或自由基清除剂可避免丁腈胶乳手套的电荷积累,但需考虑防静电丁腈胶乳手套的颜色较深、抗静电剂与丁腈胶乳的相容性等问题。原位聚合法是丁腈胶乳手套研究最少、难度最高的制备方法,其制备的胶乳更稳定、导电填料分布更均匀,但需要提前对导电填料进行预处理或改性,将其乳化到聚合体系中,使制备的手套具有防静电能力。
英文摘要:
      The research progress of three preparation methods for anti-static nitrile latex gloves was reviewed.The anti-static coating method was a relatively simple method for preparing nitrile latex gloves,which improved the anti-static performance and other functionality of nitrile gloves by adding anti-static coating or other types of coatings.However,the adhesion and compatibility between different coatings needed to be considered to avoid coating detachment.The lotion mixing method was the most commonly used anti-static method for preparing anti-static nitrile latex gloves.Conductive fillers,antistatic agents or free radical scavengers were added in the process of preparing nitrile latex to avoid the accumulation of electric charges in nitrile gloves.But it was necessary to consider issues such as the darker color of the anti-static nitrile gloves and the compatibility of anti-static agents with nitrile latex.In situ polymerization method was the least researched and most difficult preparation method for nitrile latex gloves,which produced more stable latex and more uniform distribution of its conductive fillers.However,it required pre-treatment or modification of the conductive fillers in advance,and emulsified them into the polymerization system,so that prepared the gloves had anti-static ability.
