| 研究甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)相对分子质量对复合绝缘子用VMQ材料热氧-高湿-紫外线多因素老化性能的影响。结果表明:重均相对分子质量在45.9万~76.5万范围内,相对分子质量较高的VMQ材料具有更强的橡胶基体-填料相互作用,VMQ材料老化后填料不易脱附,表面形貌的劣化和拉伸性能的下降更为缓慢;重均相对分子质量约为76.5万的VMQ材料完全粉化的老化时间比重均相对分子质量约为45.9万的VMQ材料推迟240 h左右,其老化后VMQ分子的特征基团的性能保持率最高,—Si—O—Si—骨架基团的性能保持率为43.7%左右,—Si—CH3憎水性侧基的性能保持率为21.9%左右。 |

| The effect of relative molecular weights of methy vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ) on thermal oxygen-high humidity-ultraviolet multi-factor aging properties of VMQ materials for composite insulators was studied.The results showed that in the range of weight average molecular weight of 459 000 to 765 000,the higher molecular weight VMQ material had stronger rubber matrix-filler interaction,the filler was not easily detached after VMQ material aging,and the degradation of surface morphology and the decrease in tensile properties were slower.The aging time for complete pulverization of VMQ material with a weight average relative molecular weight of about 765 000 was delayed about 240 h compared to VMQ material with a weight average relative molecular weight of about 459 000,and after its aging,the performance retention rate of characteristic groups of VMQ molecule was the highest,the performance retention rate of —Si—O—Si— skeleton group was about 43.7%,the performance retention rate of —Si—CH3 hydrophobic side group was at about 21.9%. |
