| 介绍245/45R19 E-Controller新能源汽车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 705 mm,断面宽度 204 mm,行驶面宽度 210 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.9 mm,胎圈着合直径 480 mm,胎圈着合宽度 225 mm,断面水平轴位置(H/1/H/2) 1.037,胎面采用区分内外侧的不对称花纹设计,花纹深度 7.4 mm,花纹饱和度 70.07%。施工设计:采用全分层的双层胎面结构 和双复合胎侧结构,带束层采用2层2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用锦纶66帘布,胎体采用2层1200dtex/2聚酯帘布,采用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的性能试验结果表明,本设计轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能满足设计和企业标准要求,湿地抓着性能、滚动阻力和导静电性能良好,噪声低。 |

| The design of 45/45R19 E-Controller new energy vehicle tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 705 mm,cross-sectional width?204 mm,width of running surface 210 mm,arc height of running surface 7.9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?480 mm,bead width at rim seat?225 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H/1/H/2)?1.037,adopting asymmetric pattern distinguishing between inner and outer sides,pattern depth?7.4 mm,and block/total ratio?70.07%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting a fully layered double-layer tread structure and dual composite sidewall structure,using 2-layer of 2+2×0.30HT steel cord for belt and nylon 66 cord for crown belt,using 2-layer of 1200dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,using a one stage building machine to build tire and a hydraulic vulcanizing press to curing tire.The results of finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength performance,low pressure durability and high speed performance of this design tire met the requirements of design and enterprise,the wet grip performance,rolling resistance and electrostatic conductivity were good,and the noise was low. |
