| 固定硫黄/促进剂用量比,通过调整硫化体系用量(1.25,1.2,5份),研究轮胎胎侧胶的交联密度对防护蜡迁移量及耐臭氧老化性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:随着交联密度的增大,防护蜡的迁移量和迁移速率增大,硫化胶的耐臭氧老化性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能提高,但交联密度过大时硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小;当硫化体系用量为2.5份时,硫化胶的力学性能、耐臭氧老化性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能较优。 |

| With a fixed sulfur/accelerator ratio,the influence of cross-linking densities of tire sidewall compounds on the migration amounts of protective wax,ozone aging resistance and flexural fatigue resistance was studied by adjusting the vulcanization system dosages(1.25,2.5 and 5 phr).The results showed that as the cross-linking density increased,the migration amount and rate of protective wax increased,while the ozone aging resistance and flexural fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate improved.However,when the cross-linking density was excessively large,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizate decreased.When the vulcanization system dosage was 2.5 phr,the vulcanizate exhibited excellent mechanical properties,ozone aging resistance and flexural fatigue resistance. |
