      从橡胶基体与填料的界面结构演变角度,研究复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料的热氧老化进程。结果表明:热氧加速老化过程中复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料经历了交联结构降解、填料颗粒脱附以及交联网络重构等过程,也就是加速老化过程中填料与橡胶基体的界面相容性恶化,表现出橡胶“海”相与无机填料“岛”相逐渐分离,填料失去了橡胶基体的包裹,使得填料颗粒从橡胶基体中脱附出来,形成向橡胶基体内延伸的孔洞缺陷,加速了硅橡胶材料的结构破坏与性能下降。
英文摘要:
      The thermal oxidative aging process of silicone rubber material for composite insulator was studied from the perspective of interfacial structure evolution of the rubber matrix and the filler.The results showed that the silicone rubber material for composite insulator experienced the processes including the degradation of crosslinking structure,the desorption of filler particles and the reconstruction of crosslinking network during the thermal oxidative aging process.As a result,during accelerated aging process,the compatibility between the filler and the silicone matrix deteriorated,showing the separation of the rubber ‘sea’ phase and the inorganic filler ‘island’ phase,and the filler escaped from the encapsulation of the rubber matrix,which made the filler particles desorp from the rubber matrix and form as hole defects towards the rubber matrix.All these accelerated the structure damage and property deterioration of the silicone rubber material.
