对飞机轮胎胎面胶进行新型硅烷偶联剂IMLV/N330替代传统硅烷偶联剂Si69的研究试验。结果表明,采用硅烷偶联剂IMLV/N330替代硅烷偶联剂Si69和部分炭黑,胶料的硫化速率加快,撕裂强度和拉断伸长率增大,耐热空气老化性能、抗切割性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能提高,耐磨性能无明显变化,生热稍有上升。 |

A experimental study was conducted on new silane coupling agent IMLV/N330 replacing traditional silane coupling agent Si69 black in the tread compound of aircraft tires.The results showed that using silane coupling agent IMLV/N330 replacing silane coupling adgent si69 and partial carbon,the ulcanization speed of the compound was accelerated,the tear strength and elongation at break increased,the hot air aging resistance,cutting resistance and flexural cracking resistance were improved,the wear resistance changed a little,and the heat generation slightly increased. |
