研究环保锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:采用环保锌等量替代普通氧化锌用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中,胶料锌含量减小,生热稍低,抗切割性能提高,其余性能相当;与胎面胶采用普通氧化锌的参比轮胎相比,胎面胶采用环保锌的试验轮胎机床耐久性能提高;路试后期,与参比轮胎相比,试验轮胎胎面冠部硬度和胎面磨耗相当,试验轮胎实际使用性能良好。 |

The application of environmentally-friendly zinc in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that using an equivalent amount of environmentally-friendly zinc instead of ordinary zinc oxide for the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires,the zinc content of the compound decreased,the heat generation slightly decreased,the cutting resistance was improved,and other properties were equivalent.Compared with reference tire with ordinary zinc oxide in tread compound,the durability in room drum test of test tire with environmentally-friendly zinc in tread compound was improved.In the later stage of the road test,compared to the normal tire,the hardness of the tread crown and the wear of the tread of the road test tire were comparable,the actual performance of the test tire was good. |
