      研究建筑嵌缝用纤维增强橡胶基密封材料的制备与性能。试验得出纤维增强橡胶基密封材料的优化配方(用量/份)为:橡胶(天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶用量比为1/4) 35,纤维(芳纶纤维/矿物纤维用量比为1/2) 15,填料(白炭黑/高岭土/碳酸钙/云母粉/硫酸钡用量比为6/14/11/5/9) 45,其他配合剂[硫化剂(二氯化硫和过氧化二苯甲酰)/促进剂M/活性剂(氧化锌和二甘醇)用量比为2.5/0.5/2] 5。该优化配方纤维增强橡胶基密封材料的拉伸强度随着拉伸速率的增大降幅最小,同时蠕变松弛率和经水、饱和氢氧化钙溶液、氯化钠溶液浸泡后质量损失率最小,即该优化配方纤维增强橡胶基密封材料的拉伸性能、抗蠕变松弛性能和耐液体腐蚀性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The preparation and properties of the fiber-reinforced rubber matrix sealing materials for building joints were studied.Experiments showed that the optimized formula(dosage/phr)of the fiber-reinforced rubber matrix sealing material was:rubber(natural rubber/nitrile rubber dosage ratio of 1/4) 35,fibers(aramid fiber/mineral fiber dosage ratio of 1/2) 15,fillers(silica/kaolin/calcium carbonate/mica powder/barium sulfate dosage ratio of 6/14/11/5/9) 45,other compounding agents [vulcanizing agents(including sulfur dichloride and dibenzoyl peroxide)/accelerator M/activators(including zinc oxide and diethylene glycol) dosage ratio of 2.5/0.5/2] 5.The tensile strength of the optimized formula fiber-reinforced rubber matrix sealing material decrease minimally with increasing tensile rate.Meanwhile,its creep relaxation and the mass loss rates after immersion in water,saturated calcium hydroxide solution and sodium chloride solution were the minimized.This indicated that the optimized formula fiber-reinforced rubber matrix sealing material had the best tensile properties,creep relaxation resistance and liquid corrosion resistance.
