      以单甲基丙烯酸锌(HZMMA)和喷雾炭黑及其与碳纳米管(CNTs)并用补强氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料,研究补强剂对HNBR胶料的硫化特性、力学性能以及耐超临界CO2(SC-CO2)腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:HZMMA/CNTs并用补强的HNBR胶料的硫化速率加快,交联程度增大,力学性能明显提高;与喷雾炭黑补强的HNBR胶料相比,HZMMA补强的HNBR胶料经144 h的SC-CO2腐蚀后力学性能保持率约为90%,HZMMA/CNTs并用补强的HNBR胶料的耐SC-CO2腐蚀性能进一步提升。
英文摘要:
      The effect of reinforcing agents on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and supercritical CO2(SC-CO2) corrosion resistance of the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) compounds reinforced with zinc monomethacrylate(HZMMA),spraying carbon black and their blends with carbon nanotubes(CNTs) was studied.The results showed that the HNBR compounds reinforced with HZMMA/CNTs blend displayed an accelerated vulcanization rate,an elevated crosslinking degree and remarkably enhanced mechanical properties.Compared with the HNBR compound reinforced with spraying carbon black,the HNBR compound reinforced with HZMMA exhibited a mechanical property retention rate of approximately 90% after 144 h of SC-CO2 corrosion,and the SC-CO2 corrosion resistance of the HNBR compounds reinforced with HZMMA/CNTs blend was further improved.
