橡胶材料因其出色的弹性、密封性能和阻尼减振性能作为涉核设备的关键材料之一。但橡胶材料在辐射环境下长期服役容易老化变质,进而导致相关元器件的性能不可逆下降甚至其失效,这大幅缩短了涉核设备的使用寿命。本文综述近年来耐辐射硅橡胶材料、三元乙丙橡胶材料、丁腈橡胶材料和天然橡胶材料的研究进展,并阐述耐辐射助剂与橡胶基体的相互作用及橡胶材料的耐辐射机理,希望为高性能耐辐射橡胶材料的开发提供参考,为耐辐射橡胶材料的设计提供借鉴。 |

Rubber material was one of the key materials in nuclear related equipment due to its excellent elasticity,sealing performance and damping and vibration reduction performance.However,rubber materials were prone to aging and deterioration during long-term service in a radiation environment,leading to performance irreversible degradation or even failure of related components,which seriously shortened the service life of nuclear related equipment.This article reviewed the research progress of radiation resistant silicone rubber material,ethylene-propylene-dinen rubber(EPDM) material,nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) material and natural rubber(NR) material in recent years,and elaborated the interaction between radiation resistant agent and rubber substrate and radiation resistance mechanism of rubber materials.This could provide reference for the development of high-performance radiation resistant rubber materials and for the design of radiation resistant rubber materials. |
