| 研究国产环保芳烃油在丁苯橡胶中的应用，并与国外同类产品进行对比。结果表明：国产环保芳烃油的环保性能满足欧盟环保指令要求，红外光谱与进口环保芳烃油基本一致；采用加氢降凝工艺制备的国产环保芳烃油A1820-1的硫化胶与采用双重萃取工艺制备的进口环保芳烃油V500的硫化胶的物理性能、耐磨性能、耐疲劳性能、动态力学性能和耐热氧老化性能基本相当，国产环保芳烃油可以替代进口产品。 |

| The application of the domestic environmentally friendly aromatic oils in styrene butadiene rubber（SBR） was studied，and compared with that of the foreign product.The results showed that the environmental performance of the domestic environmentally friendly aromatic oils met the requirements of the EU environmental protection directive，and the infrared spectra were basically the same as that of the imported environmentally friendly aromatic oil.The physical properties，wear resistance，fatigue resistance，dynamic mechanical properties and thermal oxidative aging resistance of the vulcanizate with domestic environmentally friendly aromatic oil A1820-1 prepared by hydrogenation decondensation process were basically the same as those of the vulcanizate with imported environmentally friendly aromatic oil V500 prepared by double extraction process.The domestic environmentally friendly aromatic oils could replace imported product. |
