| 以丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯等为单体制备丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂,并研究反应体系中催化剂、引发剂、阻聚剂和复合乳化剂含量对丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,不同催化剂含量的丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂的剪切强度和剥离强度增大,当催化剂含量为0.04%时,丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂的剪切强度和剥离强度最大;随着反应时间的延长,不同引发剂含量的丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂的拉伸强度、弹性模量和冲击强度增大,当引发剂含量为0.8%~0.9%时,丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂的力学性能较好;为保证丙烯酸系聚合物基胶粘剂的贮存稳定性良好和凝聚率适当,阻聚剂和复合乳化剂最佳含量分别为0.6%和1.0%。 |

| The acrylic polymer based adhesives were prepared using monomers included butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate et al,and the effect of the catalyst,initiator,polymerization inhibitor and composite emulsifier contents in reaction systems on the properties of the acrylic polymer based adhesives were studied.The results showed that,with the extension of reaction time,the shear strengths and peel strengths of the acrylic polymer based adhesives with different catalyst contents increased.When the catalyst content was 0.04%,the shear strength and peel strength of the acrylic polymer based adhesive were the largest.With the extension of reaction time,the tensile strengths,elastic moduli and impact strengths of the acrylic polymer based adhesives with different initiator contents increased.When the initiator content was 0.8% to 0.9%,the mechanical properties of the acrylic polymer based adhesives were batter.To ensure good storage stability and appropriate coagulation rate of the acrylic polymer based adhesives,the polymerization inhibitor and composite optimal emulsifier contents were 0.6% and 1.0%,respectively. |
