      采用水性环氧树脂、阳离子丁苯胶乳、固化剂以及乳化剂对桥面铺装防水粘结层乳化沥青进行改性,以提升防水粘结层的性能。结果表明:4种水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量(0%,3%,6%,9%)改性乳化沥青试样在低温下的柔韧性能和抗冻性能良好,耐腐蚀性能较佳,且试样未出现透水现象,160 ℃下水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量为6%和9%的试样的耐热性能良好;随着水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量的增大,试样中水性环氧树脂分布均匀性提升,附着力增大,当水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量为9%时环氧树脂分布均匀性最佳;随着水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量增大,4种试样的拉拔强度、剪切强度和拉伸断裂强度均增大,其中水性环氧树脂/阳离子丁苯胶乳掺量为9%的试样最大,分别为0.696,0.776和0.796 MPa。

      Waterborne epoxy resin,cationic styrene butadiene latex,curing agent and emulsifier were used to modify emulsified asphalt for the waterproof adhesive layer of the bridge deck pavement,in order to improve performance of the waterproof adhesive layer.The results showed that,the flexibilities and frost resistance of the samples with four contents of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex(0%,3%,6%,9%)at low temperatures were good,and the corrosion resistance was excellent.The sample did not occurr water permeability phenomenon.At 160 ℃,the heat resistance of the samples with 6% and 9% contents of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex was good.With the increase of the content of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex,the distribution uniformity of waterborne epoxy resin in the sample was improved,and the adhesion increased.When the content of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex was 9%,the distribution uniformity of epoxy resin was optimal.As content of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex increased,the pull strengths,shear strengths and tensile strengths at break of the four samples increased.The pull strength,shear strength and tensile strength at break of the sample with 9% content of waterborne epoxy resin/cationic styrene butadiene latex were largest,which were 0.696,0.776 and 0.796 MPa,respectively.
