| 针对大直径盾构机的主驱动密封系统,对适用于无痕分段硫化法的抗高温撕裂的碳纳米管(CNTs)/氟橡胶(FKM)复合材料的性能进行研究。结果表明:随着CNTs用量的增大,复合材料的门尼粘度、FL和Fmax增大,t10和t90延长,加工性能变差,邵尔A型硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、高温(100 ℃)撕裂强度增大,拉断伸长率减小;CNTs在橡胶基体中无规取向,分散均匀,与FKM的相容性良好;盾构机主驱动密封环分段硫化接头部位的强度与非接头部位的强度无明显差异。综合得出,用于盾构机主驱动密封系统的CNTs/FKM复合材料的CNTs适合用量为1份。 |

| Targeting the sealing system of large-diameter shield machine main drive,the properties of high temperature tear resistant carbon nanotube(CNTs)/fluororubber(FKM)composites applicable to the seamless segmental vulcanization method were researched.The results showed that with the increase of CNTs amount,the Mooney viscosity,FL and Fmax of the composite increased,the t10 and t90 were prolonged,leading to worse processability,and the Shore A hardness,tensile strength,100% modulus,tear strength and high-temperature(100 ℃)tear strength increased,the elongation at break decreased.Additionally,the CNTs exhibited random orientation and uniform dispersion in the rubber matrix,and it had good compatibility with FKM.There was no significant difference in strength between the segmental vulcanized joint part and the non-joint part of the seal ring of the shield machine main drive.Overall,the suitable CNTs amount in the CNTs/FKM composite for the sealing system of the shield machine main drive was 1 phr. |
