通过垂直燃烧试验法、耐火模拟试验法和锥形量热仪分析法研究添加瓷化粉W5的陶瓷化阻燃耐火硅橡胶复合材料的火灾安全性,并与添加氢氧化铝的阻燃硅橡胶复合材料进行对比。结果表明:经过特殊表面处理后的瓷化粉W5(CFR-2)能使硅橡胶复合材料高效高质量成瓷,明显改善复合材料的阻燃性能和耐火性能,复合材料燃烧后形成高强度的陶瓷体,即添加CFR-2的复合材料的引燃时间延长,热释放速率、总热释放量、CO和CO2释放量及产烟量减小,燃烧残留物致密、完整,火灾危险等级为低。 |

The fire safety of ceramic flame retardant and fire resistant silicone rubber composites with added ceramic powder W5 was investigated by vertical combustion test method,fire resistance simulation test method and cone calorimeter analysis method,and compared with flame retardant silicone rubber composites with added aluminum hydroxide.The results showed that the ceramic powder W5 after special surface treatment(CFR-2) could efficiently and high-quality produce ceramics from silicone rubber composites,significantly improve the flame retardancy and fire resistance of the composites.After combustion,the composites formed high strength ceramic bodies,the ignition time of the composites with added CFR-2 was prolonged,the heat release rate,total heat release,CO and CO2 releases and smoke production decreased,the combustion residue was dense and intact,and the fire hazard level was low. |
