| According to the particularity of the production process of the building isolation rubber bearing,the heating method of the four-column vulcanization press(referred to as vulcanization press) for its vulcanization was optimized.From four aspects of temperature rise and temperature range of the plate and process stability and process uniformity of the vulcanization press,it was determined that the optimal heating method of the vulcanization press for the building isolation rubber bearing was thermal oil carrier heating,achieving centralized heating and online operation of multiple vulcanization presses. |
