      将不同硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560,Si747)改性的白炭黑加入丁腈胶乳与丁苯胶乳的共混胶乳(以水为介质)中制备水乳胶浆(烘干后为共混胶),用水乳胶浆浸渍涤棉纤维布制成涤棉纤维布/橡胶复合材料,研究硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑对水乳胶浆及涤棉纤维布/橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用偶联剂KH560或Si747改性白炭黑后,水乳胶浆的粘度明显下降,有效地提升了胶浆的稳定性和储存性;共混胶的拉伸性能和耐磨性能明显提高;涤棉纤维布/橡胶复合材料的剥离强度明显提高,复合材料可应用在输送带等中。
英文摘要:
      The silica modified with different silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,Si747) were added to a blend latex of nitrile rubber latex and butadiene styrene rubber latex(in water medium) to prepare water latex slurries(dried as the blend),then,the polyester cotton fiber cloth was impregnated with the water latex slurries to make the polyester cotton fiber cloth/rubber composites.The effects of silica modified with silane coupling agents on the properties of the water latex slurries and polyester cotton fiber cloth/rubber composites were studied.The results showed that,after modifing silica with coupling agent KH560 or Si747,the viscosity of the water latex slurries significantly decreased,the stability and storage capacity effectively increased.The tensile properties and wear resistance of the blend were significantly improved.The peel strength of the polyester cotton fiber cloth/rubber composites was significantly improved,the composite could be applied in conveyor belts,etc.
