      制备一种柔性电磁屏蔽防霉涂层材料(电磁屏蔽涂层材料)并研究其性能。结果表明:采用粘度为15 000 mP·s的甲基乙烯基液体硅橡胶,2-溴-2-硝基-1,3-丙二醇用量为10‰,导电粉用量为69.35%,KSD-70用量为7.38%时制得的电磁屏蔽涂层材料综合性能最好,其电磁屏蔽效能≥60 dB(10 MHz~10 GHz),剪切强度为0.95 MPa,剥离力为13.46 N·cm-1,抗菌性能达到1级,可有效满足电磁屏蔽涂层材料在极端环境中使用时粘度低、粘接性能好、屏蔽性能优异、抗菌性好的要求。
英文摘要:
      A flexible electromagnetic shielding anti mold coating material(electromagnetic shielding coating material)was prepared and its properties were studied.The results showed that the electromagnetic shielding coating material prepared with a viscosity of 15 000 MP·s of methyl vinyl liquid silicone rubber,a dosage of 5 ‰ of 2-bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propanediol,1% of mold inhibitor,69.35% of conductive powder,and 7.38% of mineral oil had the best comprehensive performance.Its electromagnetic shielding efficiency was≥60 dB(10 MHz~10 GHz),shear strength was 0.95 MPa,peel force was 13.46 N·cm-1,and antibacterial performance reached level Ⅰ.It could effectively meet the requirements of low viscosity,good adhesion,excellent shielding performance,and good antibacterial performance of electromagnetic shielding coating materials when used in extreme environments.
