| 从丁腈橡胶直接改性及与其他橡胶或塑料共混改性、添加功能助剂、采用新工艺和新材料方面综述油气田钻具密封件用耐高温丁腈橡胶胶料的研究进展。丁腈橡胶直接改性及与其他橡胶或塑料共混改性可以使其胶料的耐热温度提升10～100 ℃，其中与聚酰亚胺共混改性的丁腈橡胶胶料的耐热温度提升最高；功能助剂可以使丁腈橡胶胶料的耐热温度提升10～35 ℃，其中添加石墨烯的丁腈橡胶胶料的耐热温度提升最高；采用新工艺和新材料可以改善丁腈橡胶胶料的耐热性能，延长其在高温下的使用寿命。 |

| The research progress on high temperature resistant nitrile rubber（NBR） compounds for sealing components of oil and gas field drilling tools was reviewed，including direct modification of NBR，blending modification of NBR with other rubber or plastics，adding functional additives，and adopting new processes and materials.The direct modification of NBR and blending modification of NBR with other rubbers or plastics could increase the heat resistance temperatures of the compounds by 10～100 ℃，among them，the heat resistance temperature of NBR compound modified by blending with polyimide had the highest increase.The functional additives could increase the heat resistance temperatures of NBR compounds by 10～35 ℃，among them，the heat resistance temperature of NBR compound adding graphene had the highest increase.The use of new processes and materials could improve the heat resistance of NBR compound and extend the service life at high temperature. |
