以溶聚丁苯橡胶和聚丁二烯橡胶(BR)为主体材料,以降低滞后损失为目的,对胎面胶的配方进行设计,并对胶料的性能进行研究。结果表明:采用BR KBR820T、液体BR(LBR) STE60、改性高分散性白炭黑400G和硅烷偶联剂NXT的胶料的白炭黑分散性改善,滞后损失降低,同时胶料的硬度和拉断伸长率减小,300%定伸应力、回弹值、DIN磨耗指数和动态切割量增大,其中采用BR KBR820T、LBR STE60和硅烷偶联剂NXT的胶料的性价比较高;低滚阻改性剂DS01M在此配方体系和普通混炼工艺条件下对胶料的性能改善效果很小,其胶料的性价比最低。 |

Using solution styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) and polybutadiene rubber(BR) as the matrix material,the tread compound formulas were designed aimed at reducing hysteresis loss,and the performance of the compounds was studied.The results showed that silica dispersibilities of the compounds using BR KBR820,liquid BR(LBR) STE60,modified high dispersible silica 400G and silane coupling agent NXT were improved,the hysteresis losses were reduced,meanwhile the hardnesses and elongations at break of the compounds decreased,and the modulus at 300%,rebound values,DIN abrasion indices and dynamic cutting amounts increased.Among them,performance-price ratios of the compounds using BR KBR820T,LBR STE60 and silane coupling agent NXT were higher.The performance improvement effect of low rolling resistance modifier DS01M under this formulation system and ordinary mixing process conditions was very small,and its compound had the lowest performance-price ratio. |
