      以某动力电池氟橡胶密封圈(简称氟橡胶密封圈)的压缩永久变形为老化指标,对氟橡胶密封圈在3个温度(85,100,和120?℃)及2个初始压缩率(25%和40%)下进行加速老化试验,以评估氟橡胶密封圈的贮存寿命可靠性。根据加速老化动力学方程式得到氟橡胶密封圈在温度为80?℃和初始压缩率为25%下静密封贮存寿命为38.22 a。
英文摘要:
      Using the compression set of a certain power battery fluororubber sealing ring(referred to as fluororubber sealing ring) as the aging index,accelerated aging tests were conducted on the fluororubber sealing ring at three temperatures(85,100 and 120 ℃) and two initial compression rates(25% and 40%) to evaluate the reliability of storage life of the fluororubber sealing ring.According to the accelerated aging kinetic equation,the static sealing storage life of the fluororubber sealing ring at a temperature of 80 ℃ and an initial compression rate of 25% was 38.22 a.
